Placejoys reserves the right to edit, verify, or remove business listing information at any time to maintain quality and accuracy on the platform.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may be able to submit reviews, ratings, photos, suggestions, and other content (“User Content”) related to places listed on Placejoys. By submitting User Content, you:

Represent that the content is accurate, based on your genuine experience, and not fake or misleading;
Confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to share the content;
Grant Placejoys a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and promote your User Content in connection with the Service.

Placejoys may, but is not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove User Content that we believe:

Violates these Terms or any applicable law;
Contains hate speech, harassment, abuse, or explicit content;
